I have a mock interview on Friday. I went to a presentation today about how to dress for it. On the handout it mentions that all hair should be out of your face, including bangs. I'm in the process of growing my bangs out now anyway, but I was wondering more generally: are bangs not professional? What about side bangs? Do I just always need to pin them back for interviews?

I have bangs covering one side of my face and I don't think it hindered my performance during OCI...

Traditionally, pulling your hair back is always the safe option...but it's more important that your hair, like the rest of you, is simply clean and well-presented, whatever hair style you opt for...
