Gilbert Property Summary - earlier edition

Can anyone say whether there is a real difference from the 16th to the newest (17th) edition of this? I cannot imagine much has changed, and I've found a real cheap version of the old edition, but I'd like to make sure I'm not shooting myself in the foot here. Thanks.

Property hasn't changed much really recently IIRC unless you are talking about IP/maybe takings.
