Hey folks, I'mma need to teach myself business associations in about a month because I've dicked around all semester. Recommendations?

That's enough time to skim all the reading and read a supplement. I'm teaching myself 5 classes this month. It's really not that hard.

Ugh. If I wanted to skim the reading, I'd have done that to begin with.

You pretty much never pierce the corporate veil. Partnership in fact turns on control and sharing of net profits (rather than gross). M&A is bound by fairness. Lots of fairness. There's a bj rule. Insider trading has 3 different theories, only 1 of which is still working...misappropriation...?

Was the BA in a nutshell supplement worth it? I have the E&E and Chasalow's Acing Business Associations right now -- worth getting the nutshell instead of one of those?
