Rule Against Perpetuity - where to find practice problems
Does anyone have a good resource for practice problems with answers relating to the rule against perpetuity for property class? Any recommendations?
(I have already browsed through the first few google results and did those)

Its been a long time but I know that I used the E&E book to help me through property. Check and see if they have perpetuity questions.

There's a green book that quizzes on estates. It helped with rap enough to am jur. I forget it's name, but just ask your librarian to see all the books on reserve for property and estates. Pick the green one.

My school library has both of those, only they're both pre-2000 versions. I'm hoping that there's not going to be a huge difference since there haven't been any changes in the law over the past 15 years on estates and future interests

There's some MC stuff on cali.org with answers and explanations. Their RAP rules differed slightly from what my prof. favored, so use at your own risk.
