Due Process
So does pretty much every conlaw exam have due process on it? I'm hating it...I liked Equal Protection much better.

Re: Due Process
Yes, every Con Law exam will have a some Substantice and Procedural Due Process questions on it. Its one of the most important things in Con Law along with the different standards of review. Depending on the type of exam you will have, you will need to know about the Fourteenth Amendment and why the Due Process Clause is so important.johansantana21 wrote:So does pretty much every conlaw exam have due process on it?
