Best Property Supplement for Policy Based Professor
My professor loves policy and, literally, will mention the holding of a case then move on to talking about its ramifications in the big picture. Does anyone have any insight as to what supplement would be best for this type of property professor? We are being taught out of the Drier book. Some people have recommended the Emmanuel supplement.

Re: Best Property Supplement for Policy Based Professor
Personally, I think policy is best learned from the professor. I'd focus on which policy arguments your prof favors (and why) and which policy arguments your prof finds unsatisfactory (and why). Because the BLL in core classes is fairly canonical, it's easy to learn it from a supplement; but because policy is fuzzier and because there's a lot more of it out there, supplements often aren't as much help. Your professor is necessarily making choices about which he or she believes are valuable enough to teach--and those are the ones valuable for you on the test.
If you really want a supplement for policy, you might ask your professor if there is one that he or she recommends.
