FRCP Timeline?

Post by Royal » Mon Oct 17, 2011 4:17 pm

I'm a 2L who hasn't looked at the FRCP since 1L year. Now that I have an internship, it'd be useful to have an easy civil litigation timeline/flowchart to reference. Does anyone have a timeline that incorporates the basics of federal civil litigation? ie: complaint, pre-answer motions, answer, etc. etc. along with general time frames/limits? Thanks!

One last bump for something that would seem incredibly handy.
