Using old E&E's for contracts?

Post by ap1987 » Mon Oct 17, 2011 3:27 pm

Just a question, I've been using E&E's for civ pro and really like it for practicing hypos and want to get the contracts version. Unfortunately the 2010 edition costs $40 dollars more than what I can get the 2004 edition for.

Do you think I will be okay with the 2004 version?

I'm assuming 2004 was the last revision prior?

Should be fine - Ks is one of those standard 1L courses. The general areas of Ks (consideration, mutual assent, etc.) have not changed enough since the last edition to affect a 1L course.

Go save some money!

Yeah, I've been using 2007 version and it's been more than adequate. Just pay attention in class and if there's something drastically different in the E&Es than what your professor says, just follow his rules.
