Hey Guys,
Does anybody recommend a supplement?

Re: Evidence - Help
Go through the CALI lessons, if you haven't already. The biggest thing with evidence is practice looking for traps.

Re: Evidence - Help
I have - although not all. But my percentage of correct answers is like 60-70%, which is not good. I am having trouble mostly from the hearsay problems.

I used it, but I can't remember how helpful it was. I would say give it a try; more practice it the only thing I think will help, so the E&E questions are probably good.Pato_09 wrote:Is it good?Vronsky wrote:there is a pretty substantial section in the E&E on hearsay.

The Q & A is invaluable, particularly the Hearsay section.

I recommend Evidence in a Nutshell. The Nutshell series is seriously underrated on this forum.

For exam prep the Seigle's series on evidence
