Macbook Users - Question about WestLaw Next Forum

Hey Guys,

For some reason I cannot access WestLaw Next on my Mac. I am able to log in WestLaw however. I called customer service and they did not know what was wrong.

Are there any mac users that had the same problem and can tell me how to fix it? (I own a Macbook Pro, I think I purchased it about a year and half ago).

I use Chrome about 80% of the time, though it sometimes stutters on certain types of video playback. I'd say just use it for Next, it seems to run it without any hiccups.

I have a Mac. I use Firefox. No problems with WestlawNext.

I'm a mac/Safari user and I've had no trouble with WestLaw Next. So, no idea what's up with yours. Have you tried your account on a different computer?

Just tried it with Firefox and worked - weird.
