That is because you aren't watching the right cat videos.

Re: 2L. No motivation
I'm in the same boat with evidence. Half multiple choice, exam based on class notes only, prof gave us a bunch of practice questions and his class notes. Open book. I have no idea what anything is. Relevancy? Say what? I couldn't name a single rule and what it means right now. I haven't even bought the casebook. I went to most classes, but was surfing the internet mostly. I'm taking it Friday morning, but I have an exam tomorrow afternoon that I have to prepare for. This will literally be a test to see if I can learn an entire semester's material in 12 hours. I'm buoyed by the fact that I did great on the in-class practice midterm without studying for even 5 minutes or paying attention in class. I just googled the FRE and looked up the rule individually for each question. But practice midterms are often a poor indicator of actual test performance. At least I know I probably won't fail -- that and there's a bunch of 3Ls in the class who really couldn't give a shit either.Oban wrote:My last exam is Bankruptcy, the test is MC and entirely based on class lecture/notes/problem sets.
You see the problem is, I missed almost the max allowable classes, didn't really take notes, and only did 4 of the 30 or so problem sets...
Should be terrified, but I'm strangely meh about it. The answers are going to be on the page right?

I've been wondering this for almost 2 years now. I had my suspicions at one point, but that person denied that he was Oban.J-tow10 wrote:Oban wrote:My last exam is Bankruptcy, the test is MC and entirely based on class lecture/notes/problem sets.

At this time tomorrow I will be donesauce, and 48 hours from now I'll be almost home.
That's not really helping me concentrate on learning PR.

Lol. I rolled into my exam without the statutory supplement. I reached to look something up, couldn't find it, and just thought to myself "fuck." Might've still done alright. We'll see.

Re: 2L. No motivation
So instead of trying to learn what my prof wants on my last exam, I've instead been arguing with him in my outline. Normal.

haha i cared so little that I had to check the cover page when I checked out the exam to make sure I could use the book. Didn't even know the resources I could use....dailygrind wrote:Lol. Do any of you have a good crim pro: investigation outline? I'm having a tough time putting everything together. Much appreciated if any of you can help me.

I'm still a 2L. I just meant that I did not obliterate a class that I might've been able to if I'd gunned it, but it isn't weighing heavily on me.

I worked this year, but it wasn't insane. 1L I probably put in 1.5-2 times as much work.keg411 wrote:+1.alabamabound wrote:TCRD-hops wrote:Do you mean 3L? Because if you mean 3L, then fuck yeah it is! 2L sucks.dailygrind wrote:IT IS GOOD TO BE A 2L.

Wait you worked 50-67% the same as you did 1L year? That = super gunner.
