Hypo practice for Contracts?

Post by Apple Tree » Sat Oct 08, 2011 5:47 am

I bought the Chirelstein for contracts, but it doesn't have any hypo practice. My professor won't post the old exams until the end of the semester. Is there a good source for Contracts hypo practices? Is E&E good? What about CALI?

The E&E for Contracts is fairly good. Just don't put too much stock in the answers they provide for the hypos. Use them to check your work, but keep in mind that if your professor teaches things differently than the E&E does your answers might not match up exactly.

Cali is an excellent resource but it will likely cover more material than you will need to know and, as the above poster mentioned, might differ from what your professor says

with that said, I would still recommend it for the practice problems they have.

i do the e and e as well as cali lesssons.... if i see a discrepency, i email the prof for clarification and to figure out why they taught the concept the way she did. I know that i need to put more stock on what she teaches, but its always good to get a little discussion about her reasonings for them ( although she did tell me not to take much stock in the examples, but its a good resource to refer to)

I'm liking the E&E for Contracts, but as mentioned above, don't put too much weight on the answers provided.

On another note, has anyone noticed the reading sections of the Contracts E&E is ridiculously longer than other E&Es?
