I feel like they explain things in the E&Es sufficiently enough that answering the questions in the back are near no-brainers if you really read the content. Maybe you may have the reasoning a little wonky, but the answer doesn't seem terribly difficult.

If you are 4 weeks into 1L, don't look at the answers yet.

what's the point of doing the examples if you don't look at the explanations to see if you're on the right track? i've felt that saving the questions for later is prudent, but maybe i'm just being lazyjkay wrote:If you are 4 weeks into 1L, don't look at the answers yet.

A lot of time the questions themselves explain nuances that aren't precisely covered in the chapter text. Don't fret too much.

+1, and sometimes your prof don't cover those points in class.shock259 wrote:A lot of time the questions themselves explain nuances that aren't precisely covered in the chapter text. Don't fret too much.

alot of times the certain detailed type of reasoning you might understand from reading casebooks-professor lectures are either minutely different than the examples in the book or are focused more on a different topic and that's why the answer might catch you off guard.

This is the credited response. However, if you are TOTALLY missing the boat, then there might be a problem...shock259 wrote:A lot of time the questions themselves explain nuances that aren't precisely covered in the chapter text. Don't fret too much.

Seems to be the case for me. Sometimes I'll nail it, sometimes I'll miss something, other times I couldn't have possibly spotted everything just going on what the text told me.Total Litigator wrote:This is the credited response.
