E&E Q

Post by johansantana21 » Mon Sep 19, 2011 5:34 pm

When did you guys do the questions?

Should I start doing them now? Or save them for later? I already covered some topics in class but never got around to doing them in the E&E although I did read over the intro.

Pretty much, should I save the E&E for near the mid/end of semester or start them now as we cover the topics?

1L here, so I don't know everything. I just know that it takes me a long time to go through one of those E&E chapters. Maybe like 1-1.5 hours to read the chapter and do the related hypos. If you wait until half-way through the semester, just know that it will take that much time, and maybe you'll have to do things like outlining or taking old exams.

Your choice. I only used one E&E last year and I got it right before finals (a couple weeks before). Probably better to get one and read it along with your casebook as you cover the topics. You should not get it, however, unless you are lost and find that you need the extra help. As one of my 1L professors put it, the more supplements you read, the more you have to read. Supplements can sometimes be a waste of time (depends on the class/professor/your studying habits).
