Business Structures - 3rd Edition - Epstein

Post by BCgoUSC » Tue Sep 13, 2011 12:59 pm

I'm taking a business associations (corporations) class this semester and am having a really hard time. I'm doing the reading and outlining as I go, but my professor spends all class working on the problems in our textbook and not really explaining anything nor actually stating which answer is correct so I have a bizarre request - does anyone have the problems for "Business Structures - 3rd Edition by Epstein and Freer" worked out? I'm happy to Paypal for them or trade for other outlines I've done for classes.

Also, can anyone recommend any supplements for this class? There is nothing keyed to my textbook.

Epstein has a Nutshell that may be of some help

Business Structures in a Nutshell

However most Business classes spend most of their time on Corporations. Take a look at your syllabus before you
buy a supplement since you may want one on corporations instead.

If you have access to Cali they have lessons on the 2002 edition
