Gilbert's torts outline differences between 2002 and 2009?

Title says it. Is there a material difference? The older one is way cheaper on amazon.

The law of torts doesn't really change much. It took 400 years or so for the concept of fault to be fully accepted. Maybe there's been some changes in products liability or business torts, but we didn't cover that deeply enough in torts to worry about it.

Agreed but 2002 is fairly old. All you need for torts is the E&E or Glannon Guide.
