Gilbert's torts outline differences between 2002 and 2009?

The law of torts doesn't really change much. It took 400 years or so for the concept of fault to be fully accepted. Maybe there's been some changes in products liability or business torts, but we didn't cover that deeply enough in torts to worry about it.
