I am glad that the #2 school in the country is expanding. How have we managed without a Florida campus?

You know it is hilarious that the ABA will let any damn law school open up because it meets their incredibly easy "accreditation" standards and pump out a few hundred more JDs to work at Starbucks... but somehow online is too low for them? Really?

Actually I think that some of the good law schools should even open up some online divisions for rural students... you know, students living in an area that actually has some demand for lawyers. I bet there are paralegals in rural North Dakota whose employers would love for them to get a JD.

But, original point, how is online not meeting their accreditation standards? I thought it just involved giving them some $$$, opening up the right sized campus with easily available profs (thanks recession!) and they were good to go.
