Brainstorming some contemporary con law exam questions Forum

Hi Guys.

I'm trying to brainstorm some current issues that are likely to be found on my con law exam. My Prof loves the news. So far I've been thinking of gay marriage under the commerce clause as well as machine guns. Any other ideas?

Looking for:

14th Amendment Section 5
Dormant CC
P&I

OR any Executive power stuff
