Is anyone willing to share part of their outline with third parties (assignments, delegations, etc) ? I was basically told by my professor that it's definitely on the exam.

Does your school give you access to online CALI Lessons? My K professor had to cancel class a couple of times so we only got to vested TPB's (assignment and delegation was next on the syllabus but we never got to it) But I did the CALI Lessons on the assignment/delegation just to familiarize myself with it. It's a pretty good lesson. I'm not sure if all law schools provide the students with access to CALI Lessons but some of them are pretty useful.
