FRCP Final
I was wondering if anyone has any advice for studying for Civ Pro II (all FRCP; we covered PJ/SMJ/Venue/Erie last semester). It's basically just the rules that we've covered, including pleadings, joinder, discovery, disposition before trial, trial by jury and judgment. My teacher isn't great, and the only way I can think of how to study is to memorize the rules and apply them to cases. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help

"The Glannon Guide to Civil Procedure".
Not the E&E. The Glannon Guide. It's written in a simpler, easier to follow format, and has a bunch of true/false questions to jog your mind and make clear how the rules work. If you're really struggling, I consider it a good quick resource to use.
