Claim Preclusion/Collateral Estoppel Checklists?

Post by T3Troll » Tue Apr 19, 2011 3:35 pm

I've been a longtime spectator of this snazzy forum, and was honestly enjoying holding on to that anonymity. Unfortunately, as exams loom, my ritualistic CALI/practice exam prep made it pretty damn apparent that I should not be surprised if my dog could school me on Preclusion Doctrine. It took me too long to get past the analysis on these points.

Can someone hook a bro up? :|
