But public intoxication is! And isn't that just more fun all around?

Edit: I bet that it doesn't have several acronyms used on this site on there. People on this site are trying to differentiate public and private more often then they are ever talking about personal injury. Plus, most law schools have a Public Interest program/clinic. Once they are lawyers, they'll be able to say what part of the public interest they serve and can go to using PI for hot coffee lawsuits.
