UC Hastings dude here.
I'm open-minded to moving to some place where rent is cheap, bums don't scream, and parking is free. PM me if anyone has any openings really close to campus.

Re: Summer Sublet Thread
On the off chance that anyone in LA is subletting a room this summer and looks here...
Female looking for a room to rent for June/July/first week or so of August, looking for a room near Commerce or Torrance in Los Angeles - won't know which office I'll be at until a few weeks from now when the background test goes through, but I'd love to hear from people near either place.

I've got a one bedroom across the street from SLU Law and within ten minutes of WashU. Situated nicely in between CWE bars and Washington Ave for those who want to try having a social life. PM for more info.

Re: Summer Sublet Thread
I have a very nice and very spacious 1br apartment available in a luxury building in Rosslyn (just across Key Bridge from Georgetown in DC). Underground parking, dog-friendly (some breed restrictions apply), gorgeous community patio with firepit and grill, and more in an area so safe that I never lock my door. We don't even have rats--we have cottontail bunnies instead (seriously). Available mid-May to early August. PM me if you're looking in the DC area.

If anyone is moving to DC and wants to buy my smart trip card, I'm leaving soon. I believe it will have about $240 on it, and I'll give you a 20% discount of whatever the final amount is when I mail it to you. PM me.
