Property Supplement editions

Post by 1swift » Thu Mar 31, 2011 5:00 am

I'm using the new 7th edition Property dukenminier

I have a hand me down 2nd edition E&E (2004), theres a 2008 edition, and a newer understanding Property supplement out there...Does anyone believe there is a difference worth the purchase of either of the newer supplements when I already have this one on hand for free?

The 2004 edition should be fine. As far as I can recall, the most modern cases in the Dukeminer text are from the 1970's. Most of the material covered in a typical 1L property class is based upon common law concepts that haven't undergone any significant development since the industrial revolution.
