FRCP 37(a)(4), what constitutes evasive?

"For purposes of this subdivision (a), an evasive or incomplete disclosure, answer, or response must be treated as a failure to disclose, answer, or respond.

What is considered "evasive"?

The plaintiffs response to defendants request is evasive because they are wearing ghillie suits carrying automatic rifles. I'm sure that will fly with a court.
