Habs fans. Which are even worse than pretentious law students.

After this post I will stop trying to explain myself. If you don't like my comment then I am sorry.

The story was just a funny (apparently only to me) example of how even 2Ls at a T20 are fallible and are indeed not all as smart as we assume they are.

If you read my post we were talking about Haiti and the chaos that has gone on there since the earthquake. I used Francophone in the context of describing former French colonies. It is almost impossible to understand what is going on in Haiti now without examining the history of Haitian policies post French rule. I was not trying to impress, that is just how I speak.

My opinion remains that 90% of law students are extremely intelligent. However there are some who are not intelligent but are able to get through school by working extremely hard. Obviously my story alone does not prove this fact, but it is just my opinion. If you have any further questions or comments feel free to PM me.

Nobody said all top-tier law students were infallible. But using a word that isn't used in casual conversation and then coming to an Internet message board to make fun of that person makes you come off as an insufferable douche.

Powerlawyer: I think you'll fit in nicely with certain types of law students next year.

This is the most intelligent thing I've read all weekend.

And I spent the last 2 days reading a bunch of court cases, so that's really saying something.

I'd say that really depends on who was writing the opinion
