moot court try outs Forum

I have moot court try outs on Saturday... anyone have any helpful information on how to prepare, generally?

Its not what you say but how you say it. Even if you think you have no idea what you're talking about try and act like you do, presentation is more than half the battle at these things.

Yep. Be confident, yet courteous. Be prepared to think on your feet (which is much easier when you're well-prepared.
