mine have been highlighted/margin briefed to death

probably just gonna wait till next fall and try to get a good price off some nervous 1Ls

Sell all case books from 1L when finished because a new edition will likely come out before you graduate, making yours worthless at that point (happened to me on a few I neglected to sell). Hang onto a favorite supplement (if you have one) for each subject appearing on the bar.

A few upper level class books have been useful to me in my clerkship (my legislation text, real estate transactions text), so consider holding onto books from later years in areas you think you might work in later.
