Torts Question: Implied Warranty

Implied Warranty of Merch....

Does it apply to 3rd parties or just the buyer?

I believe there are different approaches. But I'm not sure what the majority is...

Some courts limit recovery to any natural person who is in the family or household of the buyer or who is a guest in the home of the buyer.
