commercial outline for secured transactions

Post by joobacca » Sat Nov 20, 2010 11:44 pm

anyone find a good comm outline for sec trx? i have one by linda rusch or someone, but it's far too massive and shitty. i just don't like it. its size is big and the text is kind of large. i am a huge fan of the crunchtime but i couldn't find one for sec trx. i don't make my own outlines and use commercial ones for exams. i read a hornbook (usually understanding series) so i'm not totally fucked.

i appreciate any suggestion.
this class and material is so boring...

I used a couple different sources but the best was Gilbert's Secured Transactions book. It had a good mix of BLL, explanations and multiple choice/essays with answers to test your understanding.

Good luck studying.
