Anyone got an Arrow-like Civ Pro BLL memorization outline?
Our civ pro exam is closed book, other than the FRCP supplement. I'm just about to start compiling my outline into exam format BLL statements that I can memorize for the exam.
Does anyone have a similar completed document that I could look at? Compiling everything myself is probably not a bad way to re-learn the material, but I just thought I'd ask... might make the process a bit faster.

Mine are in progress, but I'm happy to share what I've got if you'd like.

All my exams are closed book.. Civ Pro, Property, and Torts.TobiasFunke wrote:A closed-book CIV PRO exam? It's bad enough if that happens on Torts. Your professor's evil.

I had closed-book Civ Pro and I used the Glannon Guide (not the E&E, it's called the "Glannon Guide to Civil Procedure") to review over and over, and that prepared me well enough.

I have both the E&E and Glannon Guide. I've read through the E&E entirely and used the Guide to fill in some gaps, like pleadings, that don't seem to be covered in the E&E.vanwinkle wrote:I had closed-book Civ Pro and I used the Glannon Guide (not the E&E, it's called the "Glannon Guide to Civil Procedure") to review over and over, and that prepared me well enough.
I just feel like I need to commit to memory the exact way in which I'll answer a personal jurisdiction or Erie or joinder or whatever question. Otherwise I'm worried I'm going to have time issues. I still have not taken a single practice test and am starting to feel like I've totally f--ked up the semester..
