Any major changes to the MBCA/DE since the last edition came out?

Do you recommend this E&E?

I searched but haven't found much on Corp supplements. Any advice is apprecaited.

I like Bainbridge's Corporations Law in the Concepts & Insights series.

Corporations is such a hodge podge of different concepts that I didn't find the E&E particularly useful. My class only covered about 1/3 of what the E&E did, and a bunch of stuff not in the E&E.
