LEEWS primer missing page 11... important? Forum

I just ordered the LEEWS system used on Amazon from some guy who e-mailed me after shipping it to say the primer is missing page 11. I'm annoyed, but I don't really want to fight to get my money back, especially if the content of page 11 isn't that important.

Can anyone who owns the primer tell me if this is a page I absolutely need? For 95 bucks, I expected a complete book. I'd also be willing to pay someone a few dollars to e-mail me a PDF of the page if possible.
