Can someone TL;DR; exam writing for me?
I got a property midterm that doesn't count tomorrow. Any short tips on how to take an exam?

Ok, taking your example on AP, should I mention the other elements, even though the statue hasn't run?betasteve wrote:It's not a test of how much law you know: Don't regurgitate BLL.Desert Fox wrote:I got a property midterm that doesn't count tomorrow. Any short tips on how to take an exam?
IRAC isn't bad, but the real point is that you treat the prof like he's in kindergarden. You may know that there's no adverse possession because the statute hasn't run, he will know it... but you still have to say it.
Essentially, if you make any minor or major conclusion, you need to have a sentence that says why you can make the conclusion.
