So my crim midterm is in about a week and a half (hence why I'm in on a Friday night). It can't "hurt" our grade, because our grade is basically our 3 best exam answers. The final is 3 questions, the midterm is 1, so the worst gets dropped. That said, doing everything in my power to kill it.
It only covers homicide, both common law and the MPC. If anyone has any hypos, practice exam questions, general advice, or wants to help out and ask me questions and make sure I know what I'm talking about, I'd appreciate it.
