Memo and CREAC
Does anybody have a good source for tips on writing CREACs and writing a memo? Any help would be appreciated.

Other than Romantz & Vinson's Legal Analysis: The Fundamental Skill? I can't think of any off the top of my head, although there are some helpful websites (found by googling CREAC, tough I know). Besides, are you allowed to read outside sources for your LRW class?

I'm not supposed to be using outside sources for reference materials. This memo is a pain in the ass though, I thought I may be able to gain some sort of useful resource from here.

Utilize your TAs or writing center. That's what helped me the most.

Then why the hell are you posting this? I'm sorry your memo is tough, but, that doesn't give you the right to be dishonest.jdubb990 wrote:I'm not supposed to be using outside sources for reference materials. Maybe OP meant that there is a closed universe of cases, and he's not supposed to research or cite cases outside of the packet. I'm probably wrong, but I'm trying to give OP the benefit of the doubt.vamedic03 wrote:Then why the hell are you posting this? that is exactly what I meant. We were given 7 cases to work with and thats it.JazzOne wrote:Maybe OP meant that there is a closed universe of cases, and he's not supposed to research or cite cases outside of the packet.
