When using supplements...

Post by itsfine » Fri Sep 10, 2010 5:34 pm

Few quick questions to see how people utilize supplements since I'm not too sure what will work best for me, and maybe someone can shed some insight into the 'best' way to use them...eventually I'm sure I'll find out what works best for me...

Do you read supplements before or after you have gone over that particular topic in class?

Do you take notes on what you are reading, and if so, light or heavy notes?

some rationale would be nice....

I typically try and go over the relevant supplement sections before class. That way, I get the bigger picture, and I don't feel confused during class. Right now, I'm about a week ahead in my reading, and I've had the chance to read the corresponding supplement chapters. I feel much better about this upcoming week compared to the last, where I was just trying to catch up in my understanding.
