Suggestions for Future Interests Supplements?

Post by ericng314 » Tue Aug 24, 2010 9:46 pm

Hey,

Any suggestions on good Future Interests focused supplements? I already have the Gilbert's Krier, Sprankling and E & E but I heard that my professor is very heavy on future interests for the finals. So yeah, would just love some suggestions. Thanks!

Will an older edition be fine? The new edition is ridiculously expensive.

I can't imagine you would have any problems with an older edition. Future estates isn't exactly a rapidly changing area of the law.

My property prof included a section from Edwards' book in our reader and it was very helpful.

Law in a flash has a future interests version - pretty amazing study aid. Got me through property last year, and I'm sure I'll be whipping it out for trusts and estates this year.

You'd have to be smoking crack to not buy & read Wendell's estates and future interests. That book is written so even an complete moron could understand this stuff.

Future interests isn't that hard once you get the vocabulary down- focus on memorizing the types of future interests and all will become clear.
