LexisNexis Points

So, I've been looking up cases on LexisNexis for the past couple of days, but my points balance has remained at 400. Any reason why I'm not getting points for research activities?

Yeah, I got one round of points but I haven't gotten anymore even though I've done daily searches. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this.
