Law Review
I'm in serious need of a topic for my law review note. I want to buy something on the law of contracts, since I LOVE contracts... but I don't find anything... Any good ideas?

Well will ya look at the early bird. Dig into the UCC. It's a treasure trove of unwritten-about topics.

i like anything and everything that has to do with contracts. Most importantly, my Ks professor has agreed to be my mentor only if i write about contracts, so I'm trying to find something that deals with contracts. If I don't find anything, I will have to ask someone else to be my faculty adviser.

Re: Law Review
I was thinking of reading Article II's Official Comments, seeing where things have played out in practice different than originally envisioned by the drafters, and then asking why. Sorry this is so vague. I haven't really started my research yet (or even thinking about my topic-finding methodology).rbgrocio wrote:MrKappus wrote:Well will ya look at the early bird. I thought I saw over the summer some spam-email from Lexis about a tool it has to find note topics. Maybe check that out?

yeah... I got those emails too. I'll check it out... I have to turn in a synopsis of what my research will focus on in three weeks, so I need to get going...

lol. our orientation was June 12, a week and a half after we were "chosen" and we have had two editing assignments already.
