Family Law in Virginia

Post by virgil » Wed Jul 28, 2010 6:27 pm

So I kind of have a custody battle brewing in Virginia(Warrenton). Its a crazy situation, lots of twist and turns, but I have the best chance of getting custody( childs 4 and I'm the 20 year old father).Like i kinda already have a Guardian ad litem , but he type sucks. I live in Florida and I spoke with my crimnal attorney here and this is one of the routes she told me to take.If anyone is interested or can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it very much.

I'm afraid I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for. In any case, if you're asking for legal advice or for help about where you can go for legal advice, I assure that this is not the place to ask for it.
