Gilbert vs Emanuel for Contracts?

Post by toppercentile » Sat Jul 24, 2010 11:40 am

I am shopping for course supplements and I can't find Emanuel outline for contracts on Amazon, just a book called "Crunchtime". Is this better than Gilbert's for Contracts? Or does anybody have an alternative recommendation?

Chirelstein vs. Farnsworth? Any major advantage there?

Chirelstein is the best Contracts supplement, hands down.

I've heard he just put out a new edition; I don't know what could have possibly changed. Just get any copy you can find.

I didn't use them. I used Gilbert's for Property and was pleased with its coverage, though not with the eventual result.

Calamari and Perillo on Contracts is the best.

I just bought chirelstein's contracts, and was surprised at how small it is. 220 pages seems meager for a LS book.

Law School Confidential recommends Emmanuel for Contracts outlines. There are so many suggestions out there, I went with their consensus recommendations for all 1st semester supplements. Seemed as credible as any.
