legal research question- old state laws

Post by treeey86 » Thu Jul 22, 2010 10:37 am

I'm doing some research right now. Cannot use westlaw or Lexus. Any ideas on how I could find Georgia state laws (OCGA) circa 1994?

It's called a law library. Go there, read books, rinse, repeat, and vomit. It is impossible to do this in any other order. The books are at the library. If you repeat before you rinse, you haven't really repeated. Although some people claim to have tried, no one repeats after vomiting.
