Chirelstein's contracts
There's a 2010 edition of this textbook that just came out, will the 2006 version be sufficient or do you think 2010 is going to be necessary?

Textbook? Do you mean the little supplement with the boat on the cover? If you're referring to that, you can probably get the cheaper, older version. But if you mean a casebook, then you'll have to get whatever version your professor says to get.

Contracts is the least rapidly-changing subject in the law, at least that you'll have to deal with as a 1L. A 2006 supplement should be more than adequate.

Re: Chirelstein's contracts
So when people say that Chirelstein is the best for contracts, are they referring to "Concepts and Case Analysis in the Law of Contracts" by Chirelstein? Thanks!
