Nope. Really wish they would drop so I can start pricing books.

Nothing yet...with my luck, it will arrive and sit at the post office while I'm out of town for a week. Awesome.

Yup! Torts, Property, LW and Contracts (if memory serves).

By the way, just got it this past week in the mail.

At my T-4 (who everyone hates on for inefficiency and such) we have received our schedules and book lists.

I wish. I hear the tax book costs somewhere around $200 alone, and I doubt I'll have much money left by the end of July lol

Umm, if I get anything even remotely close to that, I'll be lighting off fireworks I'll be so excited.

I am praying they don't change my schedule between now and the first day of class. I lucked out. Id rather cram in classes over 4 days than 5 even if it means more reading Sunday-Weds.

They don't mail ours (T14) until early August. Kind of annoying. I'm also hoping for no Friday classes.

FTR, we don't get our schedules or book list until orientation. Yeah, it's annoying, I know.

This post is making ME have a heart attack. What school is this? Is this how much books really cost?

My casebook and required books alone were $980. I bought LEEWS (another couple hundred) and then the specific hornbooks, EE's (like the glannon for civ pro), supplementals etc recommended throughout TLS. I didn't buy a hornbook for each class or anything like that just relied on the wisdom of folks here in the top percentage of their classes for which ones they felt made a difference.

This is the most I have ever spent on books.

A good example of items in my amazon cart:

Cases and Materials on Torts, 12th - William L. Prosser; Hardcover 2010
Condition: New
In Stock
Shipped from: elawbooks
$186.95

Cases and Materials on Criminal Law, 5th (American Casebook) - Joshua Dressler; Hardcover
Condition: Used - Like New
In Stock
Shipped from: Angelo Depaul Law
$110.00

Civil Procedure - Stephen C. Yeazell; Hardcover
Condition: Used - Very Good
In Stock
Shipped from: mSox
$85.00

Federal Rules Civil Procedure W/ Select Statutes & Material 2010 - Yeazell; Paperback
Condition: New
In Stock
Shipped from: elawbooks
$50.56

I've got a lot more than that but you kinda get the picture. Where I could I am buying used and where the edition is 2010 I'm hosed and had to buy new at bad sticker prices.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
