Has anyone heard of the Institute of Reading Development?

I'm trying to use this summer (or what's left of it) to improve my reading comprehension/speed and stumbled upon the Institute of Reading Development. It supposedly has partnerships with different schools around the country. Has anyone attended any of their classes? Any reviews? The cost is rather steep ($330) for a month-long course. Thanks.
