Methodology for selecting courses

In the past, I have never considered if a particuliar professor graded hard or the curve of a particuliar required class was low. Do you big ballers in here just blindly pick classes you are interested in or do methodically carve out a schedule to give you the easiest /most convenient semester?

I always take the largest classes available. The larger the class, the more As that are given out.
