Outline for Delaware Corporations Law

Can anyone recommend a good commercial outline for corporations that focuses on Delaware law? If not, what about one that focuses on DE law and RMBCA?

I think your question is too specific. Granted a lot of companies are incorporated in DE, I doubt many schools have an entire course on DE law.
