Can someone help me find a brief?

Post by Torvon » Thu Apr 15, 2010 9:54 pm

I'm trying to locate the full text of the government's brief submitted in the Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer case? Supposedly it's 175 pages but I am having absolutely no luck finding it. My google-fu has failed me :( .

It's not available. If the parties' briefs are available they would be on the top of the lexis page in the case. Being that lexis doesn't have it, I really have no idea how you could possibly find this brief.
