old jobs
Ok so I have a small concern in the back of my mind.
Prior to the start of my 1L year, I had worked for a big company. I did very well (all positive reviews, raises, etc) but I was getting very anxious to leave and start law school during the summer before my 1L year. I put my 2 weeks notice in and started to act stupid, counting the days until my last. I was having fun one day and said something stupid on a colleague's social networking site and another colleague saw it and ratted me out. During my 2 week period, the manager pulled me into the office and told me they're letting me go early and I dont have to complete my 2 week period. It was the first time I had ever gotten in trouble at a job!
Does this count as being fired? I would think that technically I quit, no? Regardless of what this is classified, is this going to prevent me from getting admission to the bar? From finding legal employment? Is this going to hurt me at all? I'm so worried in the back of my mind and want to know what you all think. I left the job on my resume because I couldnt justify leaving the employment gap? Any recommendations?

2. Did you do something against the law?
3. If "No" to 1 and/or 2, you're good.

I'm worried about the fitness portion of the C&F test.
I did well on the presidential fitness test back in the day, but since then have slipped considerably. I can barely do any pull-ups and my stretch & reach is pathetic. Should I be concerned?

Dude. Really. If this is the best reason you can come up with to worry you probably do need to get out more.
